“We’re being watched,” Bond grumbled. “Yes,” Q agreed calmly. “That’ll be his security. Don’t do anything that looks threatening.”
“Whose security? Threatening to whom?”
“The person we’re going to see.”
“And are you going to tell me who that is?”
Q cleared his throat. “Mycroft Holmes.”
Bond snorted. “And is our next stop the North Pole to see Father Christmas? Mycroft Holmes doesn’t exist. He’s a myth, or at least a code name for a group of people.”
“Not a myth,” Q said, opening the gate to a particularly lovely house. “He is just one very real person. He’s also - ah - my brother.”

2. Reconnecting by ProfessorFrankly
When Q’s husband fails to show for their anniversary, and MI6 stifles all inquiries, he turns to his big brother, Sherlock Holmes, to find him. Of course, Sherlock thought Q was dead, but, well. He’s rather glad he was wrong.

this is probably one of my favourite crossovers ngl, where i felt like all characters were pretty well fleshed out
3. Very Much Wanted by ShadyQuiet
James and Q have been mated for over a year, they've stopped trying to avoid pregnancy, and now the Quartermaster finds himself expecting… James is overprotective, Q is in over his head, and both are just a little bit over the moon. Of course, they don't train SIS agents in pregnant omega care, or child care for that matter… Or meeting your mate's more than slightly unhinged family. Neither do they train Quartermaster's in juggling pregnancy symptoms with work, protective lovers, and growing your own life form.

not sure if you're into pregnancy and abo stuff, but this is probably the most well executed long crossover i've seen
