Her name is Crucible, and she's a character from the Holy Kitty brand in Sister Claire. (Which I haven't had a chance to show much of yet.)
The protagonists of the Holy Kitty merch are Holy Kitty (Crucifix) and Witchy Kitty (Crucible.)
Holy Kitty is Claire's favorite plush, who she sometimes talks to:

It's not a super important element of the story, the Holy Kitty brand is just something I made for fun and to make the world a little more immersive for readers who look at the details. Keep and eye out for Witchy Kitty, she'll be popping up eventually!

Some concept art from Sister Claire's favorite lifestyle brand, "Holy Kitty." Thinking of naming them "Crucible" and "Crucifix." Although their designs closely resemble "Hello Kitty" and "Chocolat", their design as a pair was more inspired by "Kuromi" (my personal favorite Sanrio character) and "My Melody". The pentagram star on Crucible's head was inspired by Luna's moon from "Sailor Moon."
The company name was suggested by FallingIvy, it's an anagram of the word "savior".
