Another day spent turning hard pages Of incunabula in vain attempts to tame a succubus, Day spent gulping spoonfuls of Fine dust Instead of demanding your kisses, Dimming light, In shadows of lenient, drooping succulents. My fair share of days aired with impossible grandeur, Of lack, regret, and sweet anguish, Aerated blood, Flashing agonies, Like dashing silver and scarlet fish, Days full of stops upon entrance, displaced Egresses, a want I never unleashed, Save several spirits of lilied light-pawed tigresses, Escaping and dispersing in silence and amidst Silences.
