Duties:
- Communicate directly with client about overall status updates for the household
- Constant communication with client’s assistants about her travel schedule, day-to-day meetings, etc.
- Act as Chief of Staff: managing client’s housekeepers, driver, chef, maintenance team, gardeners, cat groomers, etc.
- Making daily/weekly agendas for the staff to focus on every week. For example, there should be agendas in place when client is out of town for bigger maintenance and construction jobs. In terms of day-to-day itineraries, the property manager will check in with her assistants about her schedule for the day and plan accordingly with their team (ex. When they can go into her house, what they can focus on, what tasks needs to be completed by the end of the day/week).
- Hiring and training new staff members, making sure they meet the requirements to service the needs of the household
- Overseeing outside vendors, contractors, construction projects, maintenance of grounds, automobiles, etc.
- Coordinating with security provider when security is needed
- Oversee personal events (birthdays, executive parties, etc.)
- Budgeting projects / finances, Expenses, Expense approval for the staff
