Just laid out the beer conditioning schedule for 2017 to be sure to try some different styles. If the schedule sticks, there should be one new traditional beer each month. Alongside these will be plenty of burly IPAs, roasty stouts, and wild&funky saisons. The first long conditioning beer this year will be Russian Imperial Stout that'll be ready in December which is inspired by the BYO recipe for North Coast's Old Rasputin. The second runnings will turn into a small stout.
