seunghyo asking if seokryu would go back to her engagement is sooooo cuteeeeee you can clearly see how things start to shift after that because he’s seeing her more and more as a potential partner even if he’s not acknowledging it yet

dusik and only to Hyejin his selfless act
hometown cha cha cha, our beloved summer, and twenty-one twenty-five all have a certain aura in common and i just love it
No YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND that scene where Hyejin talks to Director Ji (sunbae) after he'd confessed to her made me tear up.
The fact that Hyejin was going through so much while in college and the only thing that gave her a reprieve, a sort of shade like a tree on a hot day was Director Ji.
The fact that they both liked each other at the time and yet missed each other and that Hyejin couldn't tell him she liked him bc he'd seen her at her worst, is one of the most real things ever.
The part where he said he was honoured to love someone who worked hard and never lost herself is so beautiful bc he noticed something that, to other people, was just Hyejin wearing the same pair of shoes everyday. To him, the person wearing the same pair of shoes was someone who was brave, someone who did not ever want to lose herself. The ability to notice that in someone is breathtaking.
Hometown cha cha cha is episode after episode after episode of the reminder that one act of kindness can make a person's entire experience better.
Hometown cha cha cha made me think, "No matter, how small you think your life is, you have to live it. You have to. You have to eat good food and spend time with your beloveds and you have to above all be kind and you just might save someone."
Jagiya.
It also means oneself. It feels like I’ve become you and you’ve become me in some way.
To me, Hye Jin and Du Sik are proof that healthy and freeing love exists. They are the kind of love I hope to have. A love that supports, a love that stays, a love that heals, a love that warms me to the bones. A love that will never let me feel lonely.
“I’d love it if our shoes were always side by side at the door together.”
“Two pairs of shoes by the door, two toothbrushes in the bathroom, and two aprons in the kitchen. Everything will be in pairs. In a house where we keep those, will you enjoy today, tomorrow, and all of your time with me?
very very surprised that there was supposedly never an instance of someone falling madly in love with dusik before hyejin came along… he seems to be the only man in gongjin with an at least an ounce of emotional intelligence it’s so craaaazyyyy
episode 15 in one word:
