I had a chance to join my husband Tony Royal and other board members of the Atlanta Mission as they toured the Restoration House which is coming in August 2021. According to the Atlanta Mission, it is “Atlanta's first low-barrier shelter for women and children facing homelessness. This new shelter allows us to expand our day services by 20% and add 102 new shelter beds for women and children.” The dedicated folks at the Atlanta Mission are doing great work on behalf of individuals who are in need.
