November 3rd Is National Homemaker Day!
Today let’s celebrate the men and women who take on the heavy task of keeping a home looking and feeling like a home! Draw or write a drabble with any of the options below, to celebrate your characters who work hard as a family unit with others, or even on their own! Feel free to send these drabbles to others to see how their monsters fare with being a homemaker.
Change It: Write/Draw your character changing their own oil or changing a car tire! Shake It: Write/Draw your character putting some laundry out to dry or shaking out some rugs! Wash It: Write/Draw your character doing a load of dishes or trying to operate a brand new, way-too-fancy washing machine. Scrub It: Write/Draw your character cleaning up mine! There was a spill, or an accident, but no stain is large, no bottle of bleach too small. Cook It: Write/Draw your character preparing a meal for mine after a long day! It can be your favorite food, or their favorite food. Dust It: Write/Draw your character dusting the entire house, or carefully trying to dust the ooone spot that’s really hard to reach. Feel free to have another character come in to help with those ceilng fans!
