Shouting to the void that is the internet.
So It has been a year since my last post. And although no one reads these there is something almost therapeutic about watching words appear on the page as they appear in my head. And I've no one I trust enough to tell all that goes on through my head and while that leads to a lonely life it also means I don't bother anyone with my weaknesses. I'm still hung up on my ex from my last post. She was the like a safe harbor in the tempest ocean of my mind. I even opened up with her maybe too much. I hid nothing from her if she asked I told her truthfully, I know what happens when a person only has part of the information they ought to have acted like. But maybe that was a problem too. Maybe too much honesty is just as dangerous as not enough. I know one thing that made me really happy that I figured out about a month ago with some friends that she was and probably still is a crowd pleaser. She did date a guy only because everyone expected her to end up with him. but no one thought we'd end up together, yet we did. It did begin at a get together she was there with her boyfriend. We drank, we were merry, we got rowdy and fought one another but no more than a couple of traded hits. And to my knowledge, I went to bed to my own room so that I wouldn't make her worry about me so that she could tend to her boyfriend. But after that night she would look at me differently, she would steal glances both when I was looking and when I wasn't. We could have a long conversation without uttering a word. Later she told me that after I had gone to bed I got up to talk to her and told her something that made her like me, that I won her over with the words I had spoken to her that night. Its been two years now and I haven't learned what it was. I lay awake hoping that the words reveal themselves to me. But that moment made her choose me on her own accord, no one expected or saw it coming until it happened, but she chose to be with me for her self, not because it was expected. Do I feel bad that I essentially stole a friends girlfriend? Yes. I do that's not that kind of man I ever wanted to be yet I couldn't have stopped myself if I tried, and I didn't really try.
So the girl my ex "didn't" leave me for dumped him, after two/three months of being with him and apparently even cheated on him.
Oh karma, you are a babe <3
I genuinely don't understand girls who are intentionally homewreckers. Like why the hell you so thirsty for man you know is taken?
