1 - The meaning behind my URL:

Literally means "Internet cat" in German, because I am actually a cat on the Internet and I'm half German.

But it's also an obtuse reference to an old roleplay character of mine- an AU version of APH Prussia who had become the personification of the Internet. He has now been re-appropriated into my new OC, OCTO, who is an AI used as a software manager for internet-related tasks.
