Machuca...this is my version of a garifuna coconut fish soup & hudut... I mashed sweet plantain and green plantain then topped off with fish&shrimp coconut creole sauce on a plate instead of a bowl of soup and a side mash hudut. #casayari #Honduricanchef #honduranelevated 🇭🇳🍲🍽
