Honestartifice and I just had a laughing fit over...something. We're not sure what. She made a noise and we burst out laughing like it was some great reference or some fabulous joke, but if it was it was a joke that neither of us understood.
So we stumbled around laughing to the point of tears, dropping the things we were holding and generally being in terrible laughter!pain for reasons even we didn't understand??

When I was looking at the Uvic housing listings, there were only two that would have suited our needs AT ALL and allowed pets. Most of the listings explicitly said no. >_<
Yup, that was what I noticed every time I've ever been looking for a place. It was a huge fear for me when our previous landlady put the house on the market - that we would have to move and be unable to find somewhere that would take our cats. And in fact, that's how FuzzyCat and Wilson came to be on long-term loan to our current landlords: their family were unable, after much searching, to find a pet-friendly home and had to send their adorable furballs to live with someone else. Everyone's just lucky FC & W's first people were connected with friends who own their own home and didn't already have pets that precluded taking in more kitties.

Yup, she was a nice girl (still is, so long as I just see her occasionally at knit night) but OMG INTERRUPTING MAH TEEVEES! In other news, I think I need a tumblr queue intervention. I have almost 100 posts lined up; I just went through them and deleted the only 2 I could imagine not posting...yeah. I could quit tumblr for about 3 weeks and nobody would know...
Also @ honestartifice, I bet it would be super easy to make a loom like this only with pins instead of nails. You would have to make it as long as you want the scarf to be is the only caveat, but for a doll that's easier than for a human!
