Here's a teeny tiny snippet from a oneshot I'm currently co-writing with the lovely @mushrooms-x-moss about Ayla and Giulia taking Daathrata's Testarossa for a joyride because they really really needed to check out the new pizzeria down in Rialto... vroom!
When I begged him to take me [to the pizzeria], Daath had grumbled something about having to mind his weight for next rugby season, though I knew that was bollocks. This man burned calories like crazy, and one tiny pizza wasn't going to change much; if anything, I was looking forward to getting a little chub on him. The more there was of him for me to love, the better. Well, I suspected he just didn't want to drive all the way down to Rialto after our speeding incident on the highway last year, which he somehow still felt embarrassed about. The carabiniere threatening to impound Daath's precious Testarossa had really made a lasting impression in my poor boyfriend's soul.
With him refusing, I had no way to get to Rialto for pizza. But I knew someone else who had a driving licence! Who would neither be afraid of steering that powerhouse of a Ferrari, nor afraid of Daath's wrath (Daath's Wrath? Good movie title!) once we returned. And so, a plan was made…
