MAWS S3E6: Kara is awesome

I forgot this episode was coming out ngl.

But such a great return to form with the villian of the week. I loved Princess Maru of Markovia.

I love these Markovian baddies. They mean the world to me.

Also, amazing Kara and Lois outfits. I think Kara's ponytail is 10/10 Kara look!! I love it so much!!

Speaking of Kara, profoundly sad that she sad "Full of people I love" *Clark is gone* and "Friends I can rely on" *Jimmy with Princess Maru*. Oh, Kara, my beloved, you are so strong and you deserve so much kindness.

Her, at the end of the episode, asking Jimmy how they can be friends when he's not even there for her when she needs him was just...UGHHH, Kara you deserve so much love. I also like how it's a mirror to season 1 when Jimmy was constantly left out because of Clois.

I just loved Kara this episode. She's so great. And, it made me unbelievably sad for her.

Lois was great, too. I loved her rivarly with Vickie Vale.

Vickie Vale was awesome, I love her redesign.

Now, onto Superman, him struggling with not being Superman - with not being useful - and just wanting to do anything to be useful is so relatable??? Like, I love it so much. But, also, how dare you protray me on tv for thousands of people. Hold your horses, MAWS team.

The scene where he sees the foretress and the snow feels foreboding, but I also do believe that that's a hint to how he will get his powers back.

I also liked him seeing Lois fall into the poison gas and not being able to help her. That wretched feeling of not being useful ever present.

Uhh, yeah. MAWS's interpretation of Kara is crazy. I love this show so much.

Something I love in MAWS S3 is that Lex and Slade have no real reason to be working together. Lex could have hired a ton of other body guards, and Slade could have done his own thing, but they’re teaming up. Have they realized this? Will they realize this? Are they just going to stay toxic codependent coworkers?

I love Maomao and Jinshi because fucking obviously look at them, but I do genuinely believe that if Maomao had the option...she should've chosen Loulan over Jinshi. Loulan, on the other hand, wasn't ready to choose Maomao over everything else.

And, if Loulan ever returns and she is ready to choose Maomao, it should be after Maomao isn't willing to let go of Jinshi.
