Huntington/Honeybears

Originally released in 1990 in the UK and US. The UK version was known as the Honeybears and was exclusively obtained through the Tomy Token Collector Club. Each figure cost a certain amount of Tomy Tokens. It was then released to the market in the US with an addition of grandparent figures, but no tokens required. In 2010, Flair re-released the family to the market but with a different mold. 2 transportation sets also sometimes featured a hidden honeybear worker inside. I was given the US brother by a very sweet collector friend of mine in a trade. Re-release Descriptions: (US/UK name) Father Bertie/Otto -  is the miller and he's so kind, he gives bags of flour to his friends when they come to call! Mother Tamsie/Ursula-  is a very good baker. She loves making cakes and puddings, especially if they have tasty fruits and berries in them. Brother Diggory/Miles -  always helps his father deliver the flour on Saturdays. He's getting very big and strong carrying all those heavy bags about! Sister Katy/Sara -  loves collecting ingredients for her mother. Every day she fills a big basket with fruit and berries on her way home from school. Twins Lucy & Jeremy Grandparents Humbert and Hannah *I’ve also seen a standing baby in green? Though I can’t figure out what set he comes from, but maybe a carry case or something. Sets: 1990 Token Collector Family - Family of 4 & 2 swaddled babies. 1990 US Family - Family of 4 & grandparents. 2010 Flair Re-release Family- family of 4 + sitting & crawling baby. gripping hands. 2011 Horace the Beekeeper - Honeybear in a beekeeping suit with beehive and various honey accessories.  2011 Ambulance Set - some of these sets came with a paramedic honeybear   2012 Ice Cream Van - Some of these sets came with an ice cream seller honeybear in a striped blue outfit and tie.
