I can’t see it. Not unless every single district leader is thrown out of power and Exodus is re-introduced into the country and brought back into proper society. That’s just what I think though. But fuck who knows what’ll happen in 50 years.

In the span of time I've been here, district leaders have risen and fallen, some at such a rapid-fire pace that I have to work to recall what their regimes were like. Reintroduction to the United States is certainly a feasible goal with the volatile nature of power in this place, should the people want it. All it would take is the right group of people to help facilitate that.

I honestly don't think you give the heroes nearly enough credit. This city was operated by them far before (and far longer than) it's been under the rule of less savory types. And I'm sure we're due for a change in any case. It may take a while (doubtfully fifty years) but wouldn't that be worth it in order to keep the one place most supers can feel safe and accepted despite their powers?
