((Musketeer: I think I may have mentioned this before, but he thinks she is literally insane. like he honestly thinks she’d benefit from restraint and treatment somewhere because not only is her worldview horribly unhealthy and abnormal but her mood swings are absolutely ridic. would not work as a ship in any context fff

Newton: famship u m u Uncle Newton is always gonna be a thing because Jake cares deeply for Newton despite him believing Newton does belong in jail. Romantically I don’t necessarily see this working out particularly well because Jake does have that youthful reckless streak that would turn newton’s hair even more grey within like a week. Hermes alone would do it.

Sol Ji: Volt hasn’t actually interacted with Sol Ji very much but he’d be very fascinated with her powers. I think there’s a chance this could work out if only because I see them both being able to approach issues from a rational/adult perspective and trying to talk things out rather than letting stuff fester

Twigs: Volt thinks Twigs is bloody hilarious okay fff while I think Twigs is too blunt and crass for a relationship to work out well between them over time (as well as the worldview incompatibility problem) friendship is something that’s definitely well within the realms of possibility

Kerrie: While he hasn’t interacted with Kerrie enough to get a handle on her, from what he’s seen, she’s probably a bit too kindly for him considering he can be a lil bit of a dick, but that in no way rules out friendship since nice goes a long way with Volt on that front))
