130629 — To My One and Only, Shin Dongho ♥

People always ask me, "Why do you love Dongho so much?" and sometimes I ask myself the same question. Why?

He's a retard, a complete dork, an ugly child, and a picky, bratty little kid. Everything always has to go his way and sometimes he's a bit too blunt which always leads to mistakes. He whines a lot, is a huge troublemaker, and is always off in his own little world.

So what exactly made me love him so much?

I love Dongho, not for his appearance or fame, but for him. I love him because he's Dongho, and that's all. I fell for his multi-talented self, his dedication and hardworking spirit, his adorable toothy smile, his maturity despite his young age, and his perseverance because despite all of his hardships, he overcame them and stood back up with a smile on his face. Most importantly, I fell for Shin Dongho, my squishy baby full of flaws yet is still perfect in my eyes.

Back in 2008, he was this foreign-looking Korean fetus with cornrows singing the line "We're all grown up," when in fact, he hadn't even gone through puberty yet and still had all of that baby fat. Now, 5 years later, he's a grown adult with muscles I never knew he had and a look in his eyes that screams "I'M A BIG BOY."

He's gone through so much in life, more than most people his age, and yet he's still able to achieve his dreams with a large goofy grin on his face. Even when he's hurt, he masks the pain and forces himself to go on. When he knows he can't go on anymore, he still pushes himself to. It brings tears to my eyes seeing how much he has actually grown in the past few years.

It'd be an understatement to say that I'm proud of this baby butt. He makes me proud to declare that Shin Dongho is my ultimate bias and I'll never be ashamed to say that I love him from head to toe.

It's 12AM KST, and I still love you as much as I did an hour ago, a day ago, a week ago, a month ago, a year ago, or 5 years ago. No matter how much time passes by, my love for you will always stay the same: ∞

Even if it's 20 or 50 years from now, I'll never regret that day in 2008 when I decided to become your fan.

From Earth to Pluto and back, I promise to love you forever ♥
