Honeyfield is a bear who lives in a forrest, which is also named Honeyfield. There is no confirmed gender for Honeyfield. They love picnics and parties.

Honeyfield is one of many ‘teddy bears with ribbons on their necks’ sanrio characters. Others include: Howdy !, Holly’s bear, Teddy the Teddy, Tweedle Dee Dee, Tiny Chum, BejaminBear, and Mr. Bear’s Dream. I enjoy these characters to an extent but I can’t help but feel that these repeated designs come from laziness. Like someone thought, how should I spice up this bear? I know! A ribbon! It makes it hard to differentiate between them.

It’s kind of annoying how they kept debuting these characters too, like just reuse the old ones ? There’s no point making essentially the same character again and again.

To be fair though, a lot of these characters are quite varied in art style. But maybe there’s a teddy with ribbon conspiracy. Maybe in 20 years ALL sanrio characters will be teddy’s with ribbons.
