A moody, atmospheric version of Hong Kong/The Synapse/Wan Chai Market (take your pick.) The guitar work is superb, and really gives it an edge that is uncommon amongst remixes of this tune. The only downside is that it's too damn short!

I'd be remiss if I didn't post a link to Auteur Theory's "The Long Night," an 8-track album devoted to remixing the music of Deus Ex. To my knowledge, this was one of the first, if not the first ventures to create an entire tribute album. Rather than post each track seperately, I encourage you to follow the link and grab the whole thing for yourself. Many of the tracks bleed seamlessly into the next, and it is an excellent ensemble of DX covers.
A "holy crap, that's aggressive" version of Hong Kong/The Synapse. The Wan Chai Market melody misses a sustain on the second note, I think, but it's still a fun listen.
A funky remix of Hong Kong/The Synapse, with broad strokes of Daft Punk mixed in.
Another collaboration between Jimmy Hinson/Big Giant Circles and the composer of DX1's music, Alexander Brandon. Again, this was featured on OCRemix's Sonic Augmentation. And it's pretty badass.
An orchestral medley of several tracks from the first game, and ending with a hint of Icarus, from Human Revolution. Progression: Deus Ex Theme, DuClare Chateau, UNATCO, Hong Kong Streets/The Synapse, OceanLab Complex, Area 51, Icarus
A faithful cover of Hong Kong Streets/The Synapse from the first Deus Ex.
