Monster OC Ideas
This story’s based around a bunch of seemingly terrifying monsters attempting to survive and live in a world of humans who are scared of them. The monsters act human-like and would actually be pretty cool friends, but they’ve got issues and stress of their own.
Warning: These descriptions have got a ton of body horror and deaths that people might find disturbing.
Monster #1: Ropeneck
The name’s pretty self-explanatory. This monster’s probably been captured in photos before, but several people have said it to be fake because there is no way a human could suffer such extremities like that. And that’s true! Because Ropeneck isn’t a human. He’s just an odd creature. He used to be a human at some point, but he only tells that story to people close to him.
Ropeneck’s around six feet tall and he looks like a rotten corpse. He also smells like one. He’s usually completely naked, and his body is completely red and brown. His neck is limp and stretches to around four feet. He often dislikes how his neck looks, so he’s improvised by putting tons of colorful leg warmers on it to cover it up. He doesn’t like dragging his head around, so he’ll wrap his neck around his shoulders and just let his head chill in his arms. Ropeneck also doesn’t have any nails on his feet or fingers, so it makes it hard for him to do things like, say, open a yogurt cup or peel something.
Ropeneck can be very encouraging, but when things don’t go his way, he has a tendency to throw a tantrum. The only picture of him was when he was in a tantrum state, in which afterward he ended up chasing the photographers away. Ropeneck wants to be the best for everybody, but he is sensitive to failure and views the smallest of mistakes as gigantic.
Ropeneck is as straight as an arrow and really likes eating at KFC. He steals mashed potatoes from human KFC restaurants sometimes.

Monster #2: Bug Baby (will also be referred to as “Buggy”)
Bug Baby is around two feet long and is able to rest in your arms. He’s got the thick body of a centipede but the head of a baby. His head has big cute eyes and very squishable cheeks. Maybe if you only saw his head, you’d think he was a regular human baby.
As squeamish as one might react to him, Bug Baby is actually pretty innocent. He’s got the mind of a five-year-old and is gullible without much sense of safety. He’s actually missing a few of his centipede legs because of this.
He’s kinda like Catbug, now that I think about it. He’s got a cute high-pitched voice and just wants to sleep and play.
Long story short, not shipping him whatsoever. He’s literally a child.

Monster #3: Mama Bag (will also be referred to as “Bag” or “Mama”)
Mama Bag resembles a bag, in a way. A very humanoid one. She is fat and has thick limbs, and her skin is the texture of a cloth sack. She has various stitches all over her body, and she cannot feel pain. She only has two holes for eyes and a very thin and long mouth. There are very loose pieces of white wool that hang unevenly from her soft scalp in an attempt to resemble and mimic hair.
Mama Bag is around six and a half feet tall and is very wide. Though a regular human would be afraid of her and wonder if she was strong enough to tear them apart, she wouldn’t hurt a fly. She’s bold and has a heart of gold and is proud of being a monster. She actually thinks being a monster is very cool. Mama’s story is that she was suffocated to death before having her body hidden in a tight sac and fed to the pigs. Or at least that’s what most people think her story is. She likes to make up things to make the story seem more exciting because she prefers living as a monster more than living as a human.
In reality, one of her sons killed her and tied her body up in a large sack and tried to hide it.
Something to note is that Mama is a motherly figure to just about anybody who needs it. She acts as a motherly figure to Bug Baby and Ropeneck, though towards Ropeneck she also acts as a mentor in some cases.
Mama Bag is a lesbian and has always dreamed of having a wife!

Monster #4: Honkface
This monster is around five and a half feet tall and resembles a humanoid... sort of. He is a clown-like creature. He wears a mask that he never takes off his face that has a massive frown on it and two big eye holes for two bulging blue eyes to poke through. The mask has a big red nose and also paint that is supposed to make it look like it has makeup.
Tufts of green hair poke out from his head in the shape of a star. He has a thin dirty neck and wears a classic clown outfit that used to be colorful but is now worn down. Honkface has four sets of arms; one set on his shoulders and the other two sets on the bottom that he uses for legs.
Honkface is very... well, grumpy. Grouchy. Insensitive and rather rude. He hates Ropeneck with a burning passion, but he has a soft spot for Bug Baby. Like Ropeneck, he doesn’t want to tell anybody his story, but unlike Ropeneck, he hasn’t told anybody what his life used to be like. In any case, Honkface is still a pretty overdramatic guy who shouldn’t be going around trying to put down everybody. Ropeneck and him often get into arguments.
