*hsm voice* i got rags instead of riches... and all these dirty dishes... [closed]
Being a newcomer to the city of Iunctum, Noboru didn’t feel as welcome as he thought. He was used to moving from one place to another at this point, but Iunctum was a whole different world. Literally. Back in Aibo, he practically knew everyone and everyone knew him; but here, he felt small, alone. What he thought to be sensible was to immediately go to his apartment building to find someone that could maybe show him the perks of this town, which was exactly what he did.
He now stood in front of the apartment door, labeled room 1.019. Eyes behind orange shades trail down to the paper in his hand containing his apartment number and information about his new family and spouse (an eye twitched at his fiancé’s name; it couldn’t be that person, right—). He supposedly has a sister, though he wasn’t sure if he was excited, nervous, or if he even cared. Lowering his striped cap and tilting his head down, the blonde pulled out his keys and unlocked the door, pushing it open with ease.
“Hello—Uh.“
What he expected was maybe a roommate to greet him or just an empty apartment room, but instead was faced with heaps of dark trash bags and litter splayed around the floor. Empty potato chip bags sat on the couch, a stray sock lost without its twin on the ground, dirty dishes stacked neatly (ironically) on top of the counter, oh, the room reeked! Pinching his nose, Noboru’s head whipped left and right in search of the culprit.
“Okay, who’s the smart guy here who thought this was a great idea?!”
He truly was not welcome to this world.
