:o Thank you, everyone. You're such darlings but really, I'm okay! The doctor said that it's not cancer and most likely not dangerous. It will be removed, though, sooner or later (probably this winter).

So, I had a gynaecologist appointment today because of my PCOS. They found this tumour thing from my left ovary by accident during the ultrasound and told me that it should be checked at OYS (Oulun yliopistollinen sairaala=Oulu University Hospital) in after two or so weeks and if it's still there (that kind of cysts are sometimes temporary but the doctor believed that this one wouldn't be) they will operate it eventually, most likely next winter when I'm visiting Finland in December.

Tl;dr: I was told it's a harmless ovary tumour that will be removed most likely this winter. Diameter 4 cm.
