In which the dragons learn board games. It goes...well, it goes.

Me after talking to people (YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE) about the next chapter of Honored Spirits: Oh! I really should write that down so I don’t forget.
Me writing down a few sentences with about what I was going to write: Oh! I should write a quick note about a scene I wanted to write.
Me thirteen pages later: Oh.......oh no.......
Still in a foul mood. Here, have a blurb that didn’t quite make it to the final cut:
Cecil pointed at the collections of brooms he had in the corner and watched as the strange lizards’ blank eyes followed the motion. “Which groom I grab will depend on you, my friends,” he said cautiously. “Will we have fun or will I beat you like the geese?”
The lizards cocked their heads to the side.
A moment later, Cecil zoomed past Hanzo in the aisle with the wines, a broad mop-broom pushed along in front of him. On either side hung his dragons, gripping the bar with their mouths and talons and letting the rest of their body drag along as Cecil ran down the aisle.
Hanzo sighed and added another bottle to the basket on his arm.
