Lately my physical health hasn’t been the best. This is something I’ve struggled with off and on since I can remember. About 5 years ago I started doing yoga, eating better and trying to take care of my all around health. I’m not perfect and have gotten distracted but the work I have done was really paying off. Now I’m faced with new challenges of unknown allergies sending me to the ER. That led to the medication sending me back a week later for an ulcer they caused. Now last two weeks have been physically and mentally exhausting. My body has really called me to stop being so physically active and allow itself time to heal. It’s frustrating when there’s something wrong but you can’t figure it out or what caused it.
