I go back and forth on this a lot!! If by soulmates you mean that there’s one person in the world meant for you, then no not really.  I believe that you can be happy with a lot of people, depending on the way your life goes, and they just all change your life differently.  I do believe there are people we are meant to meet though, whether platonically or romantically.
