A comparison that makes me feel proud and excited; if I only learned to barely waist hoop 7 months ago, and I was that much better 1 month ago, I cannot wait to see where I am a year from now. Keep at it, keep giving, keep trying, keep learning.
It's finally cool enough for me to bring my hoop back outside! Love having the space to actually get involved with my newer moves!
I had the most spiritual experience with my hoop today. I felt all my inhibitions melt away as I moved my body with the melodies of Bonobo. I smiled when I made mistakes instead of looking frustrated or upset. This plastic circle granted me so much utter joy and happiness today. I am grateful to experience moments like this. I can feel old habits of self criticism shatter away as me and my hoop move as one. I hope that you all have a medium to lose yourself in. Cherish it and feed it all your love. after making a video of me hooping i realized that i seem to forget all the moves i know when im being recorded. i need to practice different ways to add these moves to my flow so i dont end up doing the same thing
