jake: your personal opinion on james camerons avatar?When it first came out, I was SO disinterested in seeing it. I remember my mom was so excited and wanted to see it in theatres but my dad and I were such sticks in the mud that we never saw it like she wanted. When we got around to seeing it I liked it a lot!! The effects were super cool like they said and I liked the story. Now I’ve got a hankering to watch it again,, 

roxy: whats your all time favorite video game?Oh that’s an impossible question, there’s too many favorites!! Anything from my childhood are already leagues ahead anything else I’ve played. Some names to drop especially include: Harvest Moon: Another Wonderful Life, Super Mario Sunshine, Mario Party 7, Animal Crossing Gamecube, LoZ: Wind Waker, LoZ: Skyward Sword, Crash Bandicoot: Wrath of Cortex, and SO many others!! Anything Nintendo nowadays is a safe bet, and my favorite series esp is Zelda. Some non Nintendo games I love include the Uncharted series, and the Phoenix Wright series.

3. how did you choose your island name? tbh i’m not gonna put it on blast here on tumblr BUT it’s the name of my hometown! i started using my hometown name for animal crossing i think when i got new leaf, so it kinda just, stuck. i like the name itself and it’s fun when people ask me about it when i’m trading online nowadays! i’ve had a lot of people tell me they grew up nearby or attended the same college as me, which is really fun! 

7. what’s your most and least favorite hourly music? i tend to play in the same times of day so i’m probably biased! i have not found a song i dislike in this game, unlike new leaf where there were a few hours i did not play during because of the song! (i’m looking at you 7 PM) in this game i particularly like 10 AM cause it just feels like the perfect morning start up energy or smth, 12 PM cause it feels like great afternoon music lmao i can’t explain !! 2 PM because it’s got those weird twangs and i’m here for it, 3 PM and it’s trumpets, 5 PM so jazzy, 10 PM cause of the tunes !!!!, 1 AM is also fun,,, honestly i find a reason to like every single hour in this game. i really think the songs are FAR superior than to new leaf, and i enjoy every minute of them!

30. favorite tv show(s) honestly this changes just according to what i’m watching at the very moment! rn i’m having a lot of fun watching survivor, schitt’s creek, and she-ra!! i’m also playing frankie & grace in the background and that’s a cute show. i really like anything that is feel good, like sitcoms and comedys and things that make me laugh! i also like reality tv and game shows- and cooking shows like the great british bake off!! anything where i can either laugh a lot or make a lot of noise yelling at people :+)

31. 3 random facts i’m gonna assume this is 3 random facts about me and that’s easy so that’s what i’m gonna do! (1) i have a first degree black belt in red dragon karate! (which u already kno personally), (2) my first word when i was a baby was “bro” in reference to my brother, and ever since then i’ve called my brother by the name “bro” so much so that i literally sometimes forget his legal name is eric, and not in fact bro lmao, and (3) i named my dog rover after the cat character rover in animal crossing, just because i liked the name and the character. i did not realize how it was ironic that i was naming my dog after a cat that was ironically named,,,, after a dog!! haha! 

56. favorite food(s) chicken ramen is probably my number one favorite food, and my go to food when i am feeling down! otherwise i love any and all kinds of soups! i’m also a big fan of pumpkin related foods in the fall, and since it’s summer rn, i’m currently loving this watermelon cucumber drink from trader joes. i really like any kind of food and i’m not picky when it comes to finding something i can eat! i have started to get away from eating meat tho!
