The ACLU has won several cases against states that exclude transgender care from Medicaid, the most recent being Georgia as of yesterday. I’m not all that optimistic about something changing in my state seeing as they can barely keep the government from harassing trans children. And no shade to them in this case--they’re fucking trying. The current administration is just that fucked up.
