I stand before you a blank canvas concealed with doubt and fear

Longing for the colours of the dawn to be spread with hope as my veneer

My feet get lost in the sands of the shore waiting for your prominent kiss

Sunrise shows itself a new song filled with faith amongst the abyss

 Oh sweet love of mine come breathe your life into my hearts confined

Come take me away from this merciless maze I’ve somehow made a shrine

Quench my thirst in my utter surrender to the will of the creator

Faith that evades my soul come quick I plead as I am no longer a debtor

 Mercy chased me down the streets of broken and unknown

Pouring out his affection through loves holy breath he calls me his own

Fighting the pull he draws me closer to his unending call

Dream and dream again for the harvest is filled with hearts in thrall

 This narrow gate I trek on with my hand entwined with loves Divine

Pushing through my past demise screaming into futures pine
