As Christians, we have a responsibility to share our faith in God. There are many ways to do so, whether it be through simple words, music, art, testimonies, reading, writing, etc. We shouldn't keep this faith to ourselves, as the Bible urges us to spread the good news. Of course, in today's world, it may be very hard to do so, considering all the corruption around the world nowadays, but that doesn't mean that it's impossible. There are still those out there who will hear, listen, and be encouraged by your message to seek the Lord, so give them a message to be encouraged by!
My name is Eliza, I am in my 20s, and I am discerning religious life. I am a devout Catholic, consecrated to Jesus through Mary, and I am a Miraculous Medal enthusiast.
I created this blog to document parts of my journey during this time of discernment. There are things that I will keep private but I intend to share updates, pictures, advice, and spiritual thoughts that I have.
My hobbies mostly consist of reading; fiction, non-fiction, theology, etc. I also enjoy writing when I get the inspiration for it.
My favorite things to do are to attend the Holy Mass and to Adore Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament. I also enjoy spending time with my cat.

My favorite Marian apparition is either Our Lady of Fatima or Our Lady of Guadalupe. I also love Our Lady of Kibeho and Our Lady of Champion!
My favorite devotion is the Rosary! This has brought, and continues to bring, immense peace and joy to my life. I am so grateful that God has given us this wonderful gift!

Oft stehen wir vor Gott und wissen nicht, was wir sagen sollen, doch er kennt bereits alles in unseren Herzen, noch bevor wir sprechen. Er kennt unsere Schwächen, er kennt unsere Müdigkeit und er weiß auch, dass wir ihn lieben, selbst wenn unsere Taten es manchmal nicht zeigen. Christus erwartet keine großen Worte von mir, sondern ein aufrichtiges Herz. Selbst wenn ich falle oder schwach werde, bedeutet das nicht, dass Gott mich verlassen hat. Im Gegenteil, er ruft mich immer wieder auf, aufzustehen und zu ihm zurückzukehren. Es kommt nicht darauf an, perfekt zu sein, sondern dass ich in ihm standhaft bleibe und meine Liebe zu ihm in meinem Handeln und im Umgang mit anderen sichtbar mache. Herr, wenn ich an mir zweifle oder mich fern fühle, erinnere mich daran, dass du mein Herz besser kennst als ich mich selbst und dass du meine Liebe zu dir trotz all meiner Schwächen kennst.

John 21:17 Lord, you know everything; you know i love you
Often, we stand before God not knowing what to say, yet He already knows everything within us before we even speak. He knows our weaknesses and our struggles, and He knows that we love Him—even if our actions sometimes fail to show it. Christ does not expect grand words from me; He seeks a sincere heart. Even if I stumble or falter, it does not mean God has abandoned me; on the contrary, He invites me to rise and return to Him time and again. What matters is not being perfect, but holding fast to Him and letting my love for Him be reflected in my actions and how I treat others. Lord, whenever I doubt myself or feel distant, remind me that You know my heart better than I do, and that You know I love You, despite all my weaknesses.

أوقات كتير بنقف قدام ربنا ومابنعرفش نقول إيه، بس هو أصلًا عارف كل اللي جوانا قبل ما نتكلم. عارف ضعفاتنا، وعارف تعبنا، وعارف كمان إن جوانا محبة ليه حتى لو تصرفاتنا ساعات ماتبينش كده.المسيح مش مستني مني كلام كبير، لكنه مستني قلب صادق. حتى لو وقعت أو ضعفت، ده مش معناه إن ربنا سابني، بالعكس، هو بيدعوني كل مرة أقوم وأرجع له من جديد. المهم مش إني أكون كامل، لكن إني أفضل ماسك فيه، وأخلي محبتي ليه تظهر في أفعالي وتعاملاتي مع الناس.يا رب، لما أشك في نفسي أو أحس إني بعيد، فكّرني إنك إنت عارف قلبي أكتر مني، وعارف محبتي ليك رغم كل ضعفي.
