I haven’t posted in so long. My freshman year first semester in college has been a roller coaster. But I’m FINALLY finding a successful routine.
Exams are next week so here I am with my Kombucha about to study for Chem! Wish me luck.

Young Laddie. Recipe: 2 oz scotch (Famous Grouse), 1 tsp 2:1 simple syrup, 1 dash Peychaud's, 1 dash Bittermen's Hopped Grapefruit bitters, stirred and strained over a rock, orange twist. Notes: From Death & Co Book and The Old Fashioned book. Was supposed to use single malt, but don't have any on hand. Still turned out wonderfully. Really nice to see less bold whiskeys pair so well with unique bitters.
