Nathan was enjoying the brief time off to relax and get a little fun in. Not that spending time at Perses ever felt like anything but a vacation. Even being at the beck and call of clients didn't sour his mood when he was among the best, brightest, and most attractive. And now with the change in scenery, well, there was no discounting that this was the best place he'd ever worked. Looking out over the ocean, he caught himself getting a little lost in the beauty of it all. Cocktail in hand, lei against his chest, and the sea breeze through his hair had him oddly at peace among the noise of the party.

And then someone spoke to him and the chatter filtered back in above the sound of waves.

"Hmm? Sorry. I was not listening at all." Nathan rubbed the back of his neck bashfully, offering up an apologetic smile. He wasn't usually one to be inattentive, but it was so easy to get caught up in the scenery here.

Location: Foam Party

Nevada had no idea how he lost his swimming trunks. Well, he did but how someone managed to snag them and run off with him meanwhile he was busy streaking around the pool. There was no reason for him to be embarrassed as it wasn’t his first time being completely nude in a party full of men. Though, it wasn’t how he planned his night and he really wanted those swimming trunks back.

So, here he was hobbling around with a pink see-through innertube that looked clearly too small for his large stature. It was a sight to see and maybe it was the alcohol in his system that made the man a little more relaxed. He was walking around the maze of foam asking if anyone had seen someone run off with a pair of black swimming trunks. Nevada was about to give up when he accidently bumped into someone with the pool floaty, “Oh, shit... sorry.” He muttered, “You... wouldn’t have happened to have seen someone walk by here with a pair of black swimming trunks.. I mean, they weren’t wearing them because obviously they are mine. Looks like someone played the lil’ trick of stealing my clothes when I took them off and left them on a lounge chair.”

River had spent some time eating, drinking, and watching the fire dancers perform at the luau; but, now, he’d elected to sitting by the shore, letting the waves creep up and wash over his legs while he appreciated the way the moonlight shone over the ocean. He would probably go for an actual swim at some point, but for now he was perfectly content and relaxed where he was. He let out a deep breath, alternating between stargazing and watching the waves crash onto the shore. He’d come to the Haus to enjoy exactly this. This kind of rest and relaxation that he never could’ve obtained back at home. River was far too busy with his businesses to enjoy this kind of luxury when he was at home. Don’t get him wrong, he loved what he did for a living. But there was nothing like a great vacation to soothe one’s soul.

Of course, that wasn’t the only reason he was at the resort. He also quite enjoyed all the unlimited, uninhibited access to breathtakingly gorgeous men that he was afforded at Perses. Much like the handsome man that was approaching him at this very instant. He glanced up at the other, a kind smile on his face. “Hello, love. Enjoying yourself tonight?”

Location: The Luau

Mike had seen a lot of things in his almost forty years of life. A lot weren't great, admittedly. But the Haus of Perses was something he had never considered in his life. The invitation he had received baffled him and first, he thought it was spam. But, after doing some investigating, it was legitimate and that confused him even more. So, of course he had to see what the whole thing was about. If there was something nefarious behind the scenes of the Haus, Mike had to know...

Putzing around the luau with a generic flower lei on, he just looked around, taking in the sights of the beach, the party, the people... At one point, he had accidentally kicked up some sand a bit too high and his eyes widened, "Shit, sorry..." He mumbled, "Been a while since I've done the whole...beach thing."

Alec had attended many events while on the MMA circuit, most requiring suits and ties, whereas here on the island it seemed less was more as far as being dressed went. Hell, he was wearing just his swimming trunks and looking around he had felt somewhat overdressed himself. He was thankful the drinks were readily available tonight, the alcohol at least helping him feel a little more comfortable in his new surroundings, though he still was unsure of how he was supposed to enjoy himself while still remaining on the clock. Is that how events even went, were staff still required to perform whatever duty a client desired? He should have read the contract over better, but back home when he signed contracts he had other people who read the fine print for him - here he was on his own and the fighter barely had an attention span to read through much of anything.

He figured he should at least start mingling as he noticed someone standing alone near the fire dancers, bringing himself over so that he stood beside them as he offered the simplest of smiles before bringing his drink to his lips for a swig. "Awesome isn't it?" He asked, in reference to the entire event, not just the fire dancers, not that he made that clear or anything. "Like nothing I ever attended back home," and he was thankful for that, the many other events too stuffy for his tastes. "I'm Alec, and you are...?"

OPEN | LOCATION: FOAM PARTY

Cedric still wasn't quite sure if he'd found himself in paradise or hell, but it certainly wasn't anything he ever envisioned for himself. Of course he'd thrown countless lavish parties himself in the past - perhaps more excessive than this one even, at least in some ways - and yet life was very different then. He'd been on top of the world. Now he was a man without a past, quite literally without a life outside of the King's reach, and employed in a resort as what came down to a prostitute. Maybe that part wasn't actually so bad, however. Cedric had never been a whore, but he sure had been a slut, and he wasn't shy to embrace that.

Still unsure about the Haus's procedures and habits, he'd started the party off at the beach, almost chaste in the way he'd dressed - not a circumstance that lasted long, however. Surrounded by nearly naked men, Cedric needed no invitation to strip down to the tight, nearly a size too small, pair of swimshorts he was wearing. And soon enough, he found himself in the other part of the event, diving into foam, dancing to the beat as he closed his eyes and barely even paid attention to whoever was around him. Except of course when he felt himself bumping into another body behind him, grinning and turning his head as he kept swaying his body, dancing against the stranger. "Love this song", he stated with a smile, playful but not all too flirty just yet - if it wasn't for his barely-clad frame dancing so close to the other's.

Location: Pearson Fitness Center Open to: Anyone After the argument with Alexander, the best thing Patrick could do was keep moving forward. The words they exchanged had been heated – and he couldn’t shake off the feeling that something was amiss. They were happy. He was happy. But at the same time, what chances did he stand against someone who had been the love of someone’s life? A love so incredible that they even contemplated marriage? It did not matter. He was not going to think about that. There were other things to prioritize such as his job. The fitness center was a dream come true after so many years. One thing was being a personal instructor to the rich and famous and another was owning his own business. Be his own boss and owe nothing to anyone other than himself. And Patrick did love his job. Even if his personal life was a bit rocky and uneasy – he still had enough of a mind to move forward and do what he did best: be someone’s personal instructor and make the most out of it. Even before Alexander, he was used to that chaotic life and squeezing people for their secrets, things that he would not be against using – if it would benefit him. It was a dog-eat-dog world out there and in the end… no one would have his back if not for himself.

“Alright.” Patrick moved behind the counter and checked the reservations and timetable for the next few days. It didn’t matter if the ones using his gym were staff or clients. They would all be treated the same way. Given a chance to improve themselves and become better versions of what they were now. Nothing wrong with a little self-love, right? Love yourself first and then others would love you back. “I can check for an openin’ if ye’ want. Is there any particular hour ye’d like? Day? Night? Afternoon?” His blue eyes lifted from the schedule sheet and onto the other man. “I can squeeze ye’ in durin’ the night but I can’ make any promises. Unless yer’ ok with late night workin’ out sessions.”
