These Boozy Horchata Pops are a delightful combination of creamy rice milk, rich coconut milk, and a kick of rum, flavored with cinnamon and vanilla. Perfect for cooling down on a hot day with a hint of boozy indulgence.
Ingredients: 1 cup rice milk. 1 cup coconut milk. 1/2 cup rum. 1/4 cup agave syrup. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Rum, agave syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt should all be mixed together in a bowl. Mix everything together with a whisk. Place the mix into popsicle molds. Place a popsicle stick in each mold. Put it in the freezer for at least six hours, or until it's completely frozen. Take the popsicles out of the molds and enjoy once they are frozen.
