Horilka

Horilka is a Ukranian spirit that can be made of grain, potatoes, honey, sugar beets, etc.  Also, it changes name depending with what ingredient they are flavored with, for example: malynivka made with raspberries, tertukha (strawberries), agrusivka (gooseberries), ternivka (blackthorn berries), kalynivka (snowball tree), shypshynnyk (rose hips), horobynivka (ashberries), zubrivka (bison grass), vyshnyak or vyshnivka from cherries. Horilka is usually 40% alcohol.
