updates to hysterectomy page - changed divider images for anatomy section, made part of toc collapsable, rewrote the introduction, changed youtube video link to non-tracked permalink, added visible urls for external links, added ability to return to toc throughout page, separated links for small uterus, added "see also" section, added bicornuate uterus section and corresponding links, added septate uterus
