How they did it: For Tatum's body they used a realistic latex skin dummy with a cardboard tube armature core, filled with polyfoam, and detailed with painted eyes, teeth, tongue and hand-punched hair essentially a lifelike mannequin designed specifically for the scene where Ghostface kills her.
