Who is a character you wish had been Ghostface in the canon?
Tara Carpenter. I may get heat for this but I’m absolutely pro Ghostface Tara and Ghostface Tamber. I think not only would Ghostface Tamber have let us enjoy evil Ghostface lesbians but also would have aligned with the canon. Sam abandoning Tara creates the perfect window for Tara’s resentment and since the attack on Tara is so brutal we wouldn’t suspect her, much less suspect her of hunting her own sister. I absolutely would have loved Ghostface Tara, Ghostface Tamber, or Ghostface Carpenter sisters!!
the song “strawberry blonde” by Chloe Moriondo is Tatum and Sidney OML
Jirby nation get yourselves sat, I’m working on a devious little oneshot for them 🫣 it’ll be on AO3 soon
EDIT: ITS OUT! Read it here
I Wish They Ended Up Together Tournament - ROUND 2 MATCHUP 29
Billy Loomis & Stu Macher vs Cassandra Cain & Stephanie Brown
Billy Loomis & Stu Macher (Scream)
Cassandra Cain & Stephanie Brown (DC Comics)
Which Ghostface do you think has the most climatic/intense death sequence?
Scream asks 🤤. SPOILERS BELOW!
Hmmm I really like Billy and Stu’s death sequences, they are the originals and I think their deaths are very unique (ESPECIALLY STUS OMG. The tv?! Duuuude). Aside from that I love how Amber genuinely just went I’m Not Going Down That Easy and then went through like fire and bullets and glass shards and all that jazz (Chicago ref :0) before she died, girl was very intent on coming back a million times. ALSO I like Jill’s sequence in the hospital a ton, I rewatch the ending of Scream 4 a lot! I think that whole scene with her and Sidney fighting in the ICU + what happens after it is AMAZING.
How I wish Scream 5 & 6 would’ve gone
Small rant since I’ve been so frustrated with the Scream 5 we got ever since I learned what we could’ve had…
SPOILERS FOR SCREAM 4 5 and 6!
how would you rank the scream franchise?
OOOOO OKAY I may get nuked for this but for me a lot of how much I enjoy a scream films comes down to that third act and the reveals. A good Ghostface can make or break the film! So anyways…
It’s gotta be Scream 1996. I think I rewatch Scream 4 more and interact more with Scream 4 media, but Scream 1996 is the original, and you don’t fuck with the original (iykyk)
Scream 4. I looooove this film. I know some people are bothered by the filter on it but honestly I don’t really care that much, I think the Ghostfaces were fresh and had more screen time than previous films pre-reveal which I loved! + this film has my fav Ghostface
This is a toss up between Scream 2 and Scream 6, since I think 2 is a better film but I rewatch 6 more often…I’ll say Scream 2
Scream 6, I didn’t love the killers or motivations but I did like the New York setting switch up and also KIRBY and I think it’s an entertaining film
Scream 5, which is interesting since this is probably one of the three Scream films I rewatch the most, lol. I just think the plot line was meh + WE WERE ROBBED OF TAMBER
Scream 3, it’s okay and I like the killer + the movie in a movie format but ehhhh I just prefer the characters and plots of some of the other films + I cannot STAND Mark Kincaid
Scream 7 because it wasn’t real and it doesn’t exist and you can’t convince me otherwise
