I’m having fun blocking all the disgusting fucks supporting this post, you aren’t welcome on my blog if you shame people for harmless things they cannot change, being rude to cishets is no better than being biased against anyone in the LGBT community. This blog is and will ALWAY be safe for LGBT people AND allies. Please don’t let horrible people like that represent us as a whole.
As a bi woman, I have spent my ENTIRE life being terrified of bigotry from BOTH sides. I’ve been shamed by my family for liking women in the past more times than I can count (I come from a conservative Christian family in Alabama, I’ve had my fair share of homophobic encounters, trust me.) and on the other hand, I’ve been shamed for being “too straight” for the LGBT community due to me being bi. I didn’t spend my life trying to hide who I am for so long to see people tear others down for their sexuality on what’s SUPPOSED to be a safe space for everyone.
It’s 2019 people. Stop shaming people for their sexuality, whether they be gay, straight, or anywhere in between (ace folks, I see you too, you are welcome here.) it’s downright disgusting and fighting fire with fire will only cause more of a problem in the end. [this of course excludes those who think “p*dosexuality” is a thing, please seek therapy if you defend that shit]
