Buddy is just ecstatic to meet Eclipse and Nova, meeting new friends to play with is something he truly enjoys! Gentle wings, sweety!

Episode Three: Bath Time and Bonding
Bath time is extremely important when caring for you companions, so it’s vital that you keep a routine of said bath for them so that they’re squeaky clean and refreshed! Buddy has no problem with bath time, and immensely enjoys it with Misty. For Blood, however...it’s a challenge that the Professor often goes through xD
But it doesn’t stop him from at least wiping off some questionable stains from Blood and washing his little jacket, and he’s very patient with his unwillingness and never steps out of line that would cause him discomfort. This surprises the little hyena, considering that he’s not once felt threatened or afraid of his powerful (and dangerous) owner. He’s...really nice, for a chewtoy.
Another thing about bath time is the bond that is form between owner and pets, ever growing stronger and forging deeper like a family. There are no stronger bonds than that of a family that all share one thing: love.

Spending a night of Halloween of trick-or-treating can be a lot of fun, especially wearing cool costumes with your friends and family!

Today we spotlight Black Phillip the goat. Black Phillip was introduced to us in the Robert Eggers’ 2015 horror masterpiece, The Witch: A New-England Folktale. Taking place in 1630s New England, The Witch is about a family relocating after being banished from their community due to religious differences of opinion. The patriarch of the family, William, thinking the towns leaders are “false Christians.” He believes he has found the ideal location for his family to settle on. The family consists of parents William and Katherine, their children Thomasin, Caleb, Mercy, Jonas, and baby Samuel. After tragedy strikes the family, the home they had built for themselves starts to reveal itself as a living hell. With a movie titled The Witch you’d think the witch herself is the main antagonist, but not so fast. She’s vicious and evil in her own right, but there’s something much bigger at play here. The horrors of the movie lie in the subtle answers and information you are being given early on. Throughout the movie Mercy tells Thomasin that Black Phillip has told her things. Mercy, being a young kid (no pun intended) isn’t taken serious because WTF, a talking goat? Also throughout the movie Mercy and Jonas go around dancing and singing songs dedicated to Black Phillip with lyrics like “a crown grows on his head”, and describing him as the “King of all”, the “King of sky and land”, also the “King of sea and sand.” Pretty strange for kids to be singing such lyrics, especially about a goat. And the real question, the one nobody else in the family seems to be asking, who taught them these songs? What’s seen is just as terrifying as what isn’t seen. Where did Black Phillip come from? He was just another animal the family had on the farm, or so they thought. In the end it’s Black Phillip triumphant, another addition to his coven of disciples. Tonight we spotlight Clovis The Attack Cat from Stephen King’s Sleepwalkers, released in 1992. According to the film’s intro, a Sleepwalker is a nomadic shape-shifting creature with human and feline origins. The Sleepwalker feeds on the life-force of virgin human females. Sleepwalkers are vulnerable to cat scratches, which can kill them. After leaving a slew of dead cats hanging in front of their home, as well as a mummified corpse of a girl drained of her life-force inside the residence, Sleepwalkers Charles and Mary Brady flee from California and make a new home for themselves in Indiana, looking for some more of that sweet sweet life-force. Charles sets his sights on the beautiful Tanya Robertson. All seems like smooth sailing, Tanya’s life-force is to be the next intended meal for Mary. One problem along the way though. After being confronted by and murdering his teacher, Charles zooms down the road in his Trans Am and catches the attention of Castle County Sheriff Andy Simpson and his four legged feline companion, Clovis The Attack Cat. Clovis knows what’s up. His ancestral beef with Sleepwalkers flows through generations in his bloodline. His primal nature kicks in, and Charles freaks. Sheriff Simpson trusts his cat’s instincts. He knows that there’s more to this driver than just a traffic violation. Unfortunately, he learns a little too late as he meets an untimely demise thanks to Charles when Tanya seeks help after being assaulted. But as Tanya is about to die at the hands of Charles, it’s Clovis to the rescue. Leaping, onto Charles, clawing and biting, digging into his shapeshifter flesh with all his might, saving Tanya’s life. When Mary seeks revenge for the attack on her son, it is Clovis once again to the rescue, accompanied this time with his feline homies. The relationship between Sheriff Simpson and Clovis is one you don’t see too often in horror movies.
