As you've mentioned you've experienced the horrors TM. What are if any your strats for avoiding encounters?

Okay! Something I can answer! I've categorized the monsters a bit and how I counteract them below:

Forgetting / Doublegainers - this one SUCKS. What I like to do is have pictures of my loved one (and myself) on hand. Always. Or just stuff in general that is important to you.

Anything flesh related- Fire, have a lighter on you always. And if it's your flesh your having trouble with. exacto knife. It's not pretty but it sometimes has to be done.

Clowns- physically violence.

Being buried- I keep a small clapsable spade in my bag, that's all you can really do.

Big spaces- I just try to avoid swimming, or going really high up.

Being alone- I always try to be in a room with one other person

Having someone/thing hunt you- sucks to say it but what I find you should do is hunt it back, really get into it, BUT do not actually get into it, it's important to feel guilt, and pity even if it's the most disgusting thing you've ever seen.

Spiders- uhhh good question, what I do at the moment is just like... talk to them? I think that might help? Or maybe I'm going crazy but like still.

Eyes/being watched- poke the eyes, watch it back

Evil animals- go vegan/vegetarian/pestatarian(fish can be evil??) And/or shop local and ethical

Doors/the backrooms- pray.

Death(zombies/the undead/etc)- pray.

Bugs- fire.

People made of wax/fire- don't let them touch you, run, or talk, just don't let them touch you.

The dark- flashlights? That's how I do it. That and luck

Trash?- this one's kinda weird, idk, recycle?

Actually, I don't work at that hell hole (tho that doesn't stop the monsters that place holds from tormenting me). I work at a library right across the street from it.

SOME QUICK TRANSLATIONS FOR SOME WORDS SAMAA MAY USE (this is more for me):

Wallah- meaning 'I swear to god'

Inshallah- meaning 'if God wills it' used when hoping or something of the like

Mashallah- meaning 'it is what God has willed' will typically be used when complimenting someone / congratulations/ stuff like that

Alhamdulillah- 'thank god'

Bismillah' meaning 'in the name of god' typically done before anything major
