DEATHSTAR CHILD !! I made a deathstar child !!
His name is ,,,,, Death Star,,,,, because that makes sense seeing how their families name their kids but he goes by Hoshine more often ! Hoshine is hoshi (star) + shine (die) combined (at least according to google translate) , so it’s basically still Deathstar but japanese 😳
Hoshine has most of Blackstar’s physical appearance except for his eyes and the sanzu lines on his head. Meanwhile, Hoshine is more shinigami than Warrior god because he’s born the same way Kid was (but Blackstar gave up a piece of his soul to create him, hence; their child 100%.)
His personality is in the middle of the spectrum ! Seeing as Kid and Blackstar are sitting at opposite sides, it’s normal for their child to adapt both. Hoshine is smart at a young age, can understand other languages, can read souls and synchronize easily, and he’s inherited the habit of cleaning after messes because of Kid. Meanwhile, when confident and reassured, Hoshine has Blackstar’s energy; both in fighting and not. He’s good with hand-to-hand combat, has high tolerance for pain, quite loud, probably some minor anger issues, very optimistic, and a certified knuckle-head.
When Hoshine activates his power, his sanzu lines turn white. He’s aware he’s the child of the two strongest people in Death City, but using the power takes a toll on him because his magic is too much to contain in a half-human, half-god body. Due to this, he doesn’t rely on it often (which also gets him in trouble lmao)
Bonus: Hoshine refers to Kid as Father, while he refers to Star as Dad. This is because Kid wants to take after Lord Death (whom he referred to as Father), and... Blackstar only accepted being called/referred to less than a Warrior God by his friends, Kid, and Hoshine. He also didn’t want to intimidate the kid and he wanted to be seen more as his dad than a warrior to gawk at.
