Well this is a familiar sight 🥺 Slipped on wet floor on Wed {25 Aug 2021} and twisted my right knee in a weird way so injured it again. Inflamed and hurt real bad. First day really sucked… kept icing and could barely move/ put pressure on the right leg. Then I tried the boy’s RLT device on Day 2. Man, that thing really works! Felt noticeably better after just the first try and after twice a day treatment, I can even hobble to the club gym to do my upper body prog a few days later {Sat 28 Aug 2021} 🥲 I was very bummed when I first got injured coz my DL was increasing steadily, and my goal weight was within sight. Having an injury like this means tt I need to be on #hospitalprogramme again for maybe a few weeks at best, or maybe even months. A faster recovery like this does give me hope though {but still gotta be very cautious}.. I’d attribute it to using RLT, maybe cycling more 🤔 as well as the #kneerehab program tt Superman had me on for the past few months which I’m sure strengthened my knees. It’s a freak accident outside the gym which sucks but ah well.. it’s not like I haven’t been here before.
