(on anon bc we don't want to be harassed or anything) we found your blog through your most recent post bc we follow some plural tags, and i felt it was implying something that definitely is not correct so i just wanted to say that trauma doesn't define anyone, even traumagenic systems.
just because someone exists in a certain way because of trauma doesn't make their existence defined by it
That was not what was being implied at all and i completely understand and agree, trauma doesnt define anyone!
Though some people believe that and some people believe it's the only way a system can be formed and act like it's the defining trait of one.
It was also a statement that our trauma doesnt rule our life, more a cry of we're still here!
Also you're not the first person to think we're implying something we weren't, that was the whole point of this blog originally; to respond to people who misinterpreted an ask we sent in to a kinfessional. It just kinda got kept.
