Going to war...
My GM had the nerve to tell me I don't have a rotation. So I made a very simple chart from who came in first to who came last and added tallies to who was sat. He then got upset and told me that wasn't a rotation. Then I had to get a second job due to personal situations and I told him, I could no longer do mornings (not like they ever put me on for them). I came to the restaurant after my first day after my second job and I'll admit I was running on 3 hours of sleep and a power nap off the bus. My GM decided that today would be the day I did a poor job. 1. I did the Rotation wrong again. 2. I was giving him an attitude. (Which was only led to him constantly sticking his nose in my job and seating people out of rotation. Go figure.) 3. My attitude in general has been going down hill since I got the second job and my lack of sleep. (What?) I was told I was almost sent home a few times. I wish he would have. Even he can acknowledge I am one of the stronger host in the restaurant, he can have fun with the new hires. Then what kills me is he took me off the training schedule for becoming a server. I was livid. My other job pays me way more than my restaurant job. However, the opportunities are there for me to really grow and I like my job. But I will go to war.
