Update on my not-very-healthy lifestyle, but still effective for losing weight:
I went to a workout without having breakfast (NEVER DO THAT!!! It’s really bad for your body and you can faint, injure your knees or even your head). Hot barre destroyed me, but I’m glad it cleared my mind.
I stopped to get an overpriced lemongrass latte with skim milk (seriously, why did they make coffee this good for 9 euros), and now I’m heading home to get ready for breakfast with my boyfriend.
