Country Heat Day 5 done! 💃💃 Most people take Sunday as a rest day. But I am 5 days in and I don't want to loose my momentum. It's easy to take one day off and next thing you know it's been two weeks since you worked out. My goal is to do #CountryHeat every day for the entire month of #September. If you haven't tried #CountryHeat yet, what are you waiting for??? It is so much fun, it doesn't even feel like working out. Plus you can burn some serious calories. Side note: my knee started hurting last 5 min but I did modified version and kept going. I'm not going for perfection, I'm shooting for PROGRESS.
