Saturday night was hot hot HOT! The temperature was blazing and the artwork was amazing. I waited until it was almost dark to brave the 100 degree weather to see Second Saturday. However, A lot of San Antonians did not. If they had, guess what they would have seen? @symonemartinez_art was having her solo exhibition "Headspace" at @southtownartgallery . Fantastic figurative work combined with mandala-like designs in her determination to depict The Divine Feminine. And, as always, great conversation and great Art with @trebla_art . Across the street I was able to see the work of the pop-up by @meechiceramics . @rojo.etc was showing an exhibit by @_piramide_ called "...And will be again." Around the corner, I was treated to the bright, texture-filled and meaningful work of two wonderful artists over at the @lonestarartdistrict . @dockspacegallery was hosting the work of @crisescobar1958 . Dock Space Annex was exhibiting the visuals of @medellinloretta . I got in just before @billfitzgibbonsart could close up. 😁 I ended the night in the best possible way for such an outing.
