These Bloody Mary Cheeseburgers are a spicy and tasty take on the regular burger. They're great for people who like the strong flavors of a Bloody Mary because they have vodka, tomato juice, and hot sauce in them.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds ground beef. 1/4 cup vodka. 1/4 cup tomato juice. 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce. 1/4 cup prepared horseradish. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1 teaspoon hot sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices cheddar cheese. Lettuce, tomato, and red onion slices for topping.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, vodka, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, prepared horseradish, ketchup, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and form into 4 burger patties. Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle to medium-high heat and cook the burger patties to your desired level of doneness, usually about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and allow it to melt. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill until slightly crispy. Assemble the burgers by placing lettuce, tomato, and red onion slices on the bottom bun, followed by the cheesy burger patty. Top with the other half of the bun. Serve your Bloody Mary Cheeseburgers hot and enjoy!
