While I am still taking time off to let my chest heal, I do owe the #hotsummeryogi challenge a few poses, so here they are! All done before Sunday afternoon's situation but left unposted. Starting from the middle right, clockwise: Day 5's wide legged inversion, my in-between workouts snack (SOOO GOOD. Earl Grey.
